Following up [ BLOOD + DIAMONDS ] with new single "THERE IS ONLY HELL" Carrion delves deeper into the combination of trap, metal and industrial explored on the EP. The single serves as the first taste of the forthcoming album Covenant Of The Reaper.

Commenting on the single front-man Hide Tepes states the following:

" `THERE IS ONLY HELL`came out of the writing sessions for the recent [ BLOOD + DIAMONDS ] EP. Lyrically it`s almost a little childish in its simplicity, it`s reacting to the oppressive nature of organized religion, white supremacy and the seeming global decline in critical and intelligent, individual thought patterns. It serves as a warning to surely fall on deaf ears of the certain doom that awaits certain inhabitants of the earth in case there is any sort of afterlife. Musically speaking it came from experiments in sound design playing electric and bass guitars, running it through a host of effects, warping and distorting it beyond recognition, creating lead lines out of accidental, as well as, purposeful feedback. "
