`Blood Not Diamonds` is the first single off the upcoming [ BLOOD + DIAMONDS ] EP by Norwegian industrial rock band Carrion. Front-man/composer Hide Tepes offers the following commentary:

"This song is a lamentation over the worship of the material that often seem to push aside what holds true and lasting value, it`s the ephemeral killing the eternal.
It`s saying some things can`t be bought, some things are above money and other finite, inherently worthless objects. I believe these are the things that makes life worth it and gives a true feeling of fullfilment, as the song says; give me BLOOD NOT DIAMONDS."
